All orders must be cancelled 14 days prior to pick-up or delivery for a refund. No refunds will be issued if order is cancelled within 1 week of requested pickup/delivery.  For orders under $300, full payment is required at time of booking to secure your date/time. 25% of this is non-refundable as we have saved your date and been unable to accept other bookings.

For orders over $300, a 25% non-refundable payment is required. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will be eligible for a refund.
 The 25% initial payment is non-refundable but will be held on your account for a future order.

There are no refunds for less than 14 days cancellation notice and full payment is due.


We typically book four weeks in advance. We can often accommodate orders with less notice as well.

Custom orders with less than 4 weeks notice are subject to a shipping fee if we need to custom order for your event.


Once balloons are picked up, delivered or we leave the installation site, we are no longer responsible for them.  Balloons should be kept away from other objects so they don't get poked or popped.

Balloons should be taken directly inside to a climate controlled environment and not be left in a hot or cold car. If helium balloons are used outdoors, please note the float time will be greatly reduced to a few hours. Foil balloons may burst in heat.



We cannot guarantee float times. Float times will vary based on the temperature and how the balloons are cared for.


Latex balloons are treated to extend their float time beyond the typical 12 hours.


Typically 11" latex balloons will float for 2 days.

17" helium latex will last approximately 4 days.

Foil helium balloons will last roughly 4 days.

*Personalization - please note balloons that are personalized are best used fresh the day of the event. Once the balloon begins to deflate, the vinyl will lift and no longer lay flat.

Air filled arrangements will typically last at least 5 days but some may last months. 

Weather impacts the quality of balloons. In heat, they may pop and will oxidize when in direct sunlight.

Helium balloons float time will be significantly reduced when in heat.

Outdoor installations have an additional 20% charge on the base price.

Once balloons have been picked up, delivered or installed on site, services are rendered and Lush Balloons is not longer responsible for what happens to the balloons or any rental items.



Payment is collected in full at time of booking.  Bookings over $300, may choose to pay a 25% deposit at time of booking with the balance due a minimum of 14 days prior to your event. If payment is not made within 24 hours, your spot will no longer be held. Please recheck with us at that point to confirm if your requested date and time is still available.

Payment can be made by Paypal or email money transfers to Credit card is also available for a 3% fee.


Quotes are valid for 72 hours.


Balloons may pose a choking hazard to children and animals. Lush Balloons is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur. Adult supervision should be used. 

We use high-quality, professional grade balloons that are 100% bio-degradable. 

Balloons should not be released into the environment.

All rental items are 24 hour rentals unless otherwise agreed in writing between Lush Balloons and the client.
